We have had several locations, but since 1993 we are at 25 Duque de Medinaceli Street. At this moment we are 5 people in the Delegation, in the second generation, Almudena started with his father almost 40 years ago, and I joined the team in 2007. The rest of the current team is made up of 3 wonderful colleagues, Sara, Nieves and Miriam, who are always willing to help you and collaborate with you, both in advising you when taking out new insurance and in resolving incidents and accidents that arise from the already hired, this last leg being, in my opinion, our strong point.

I have not experienced it, but years ago there was a line at the office to take out insurance, now the reality is different (internet, competition, price war, not so much in services, endless mechanized communication systems, teleoperators, etc.), and this current reality, somewhat impersonal, is our strength, the fact of knowing that there is a familiar face to turn to.

In short, we are that, people, someone always willing to help, to solve, to listen.

We are Lunas from Mapfre, you rarely refer to us as simply Mapfre and that makes us feel very proud, because that is our goal, to be part of this community, as each of you are.
