Hello, I'm Yolanda Herranz, originally from San Lorenzo del Escorial and I run "La Taberna del Viajero" on Floridablanca Street, 4 in the same municipality.
Linked to the world of hospitality since my youth. This concern was awakened thanks to the moments spent with my mother around the kitchen at home and my early incorporation into the world of work as an apprentice. kitchen assistant and scullion.
...Thanks to my effort, dedication and perseverance I was progressing, learning and above all enjoying the world of cooking until it became a hobby.
Finally in 2013 and thanks to the unconditional, essential and never highly valued help of my brother Álvaro, I managed to make my dream come true: "La Taberna del Viajero". Name that honors everyone's need when we travel to find a cozy place to taste the cuisine of the area.
The Traveler's Tavern, restaurant, grill bar and a meeting place where you can enjoy traditional cuisine made with honesty.
Ten years after its opening, now celebrating the tenth anniversary, I continue with the same enthusiasm, enthusiasm and desire to entertain my clients, in my small establishment, with my humble kitchen and my great team.
