Located in the historic center of San Lorenzo de El Escorial, in one of its most emblematic buildings, known as the Posada de la Ánimas or the Casa del Balcón de Piedra (1768)
...Since its foundation, it has always been dedicated to lodging and since 1961 it has functioned as "LA CUEVA" inn-tavern. Mainly Castilian cuisine in which roasts, red meats and fresh fish, entrees, desserts and homemade cakes stand out. There is a selected wine list with great rotation, bread for celiacs and numerous gluten-free dishes.
