For those of you who don't know us yet, Espacio Abierto Escorial is a private initiative center where we rent classrooms, offices and multifunction rooms
...These rentals are intended for self-employed people, SMEs, companies, associations, neighborhood communities and even individuals.
The project was created to help entrepreneurs start their business projects with a lower initial investment than usual, and to collaborate with already consolidated businesses, in case they want to expand their business volume if their facilities are too small or not adapted. for certain activities that you want to offer.
We have spaces equipped for business meetings, project presentations, and meetings with clients or partners. In Espacio Abierto Escorial, neighborhood meetings, therapies of various kinds, talks, book and music presentations, literary gatherings have been held, not to mention countless workshops and various courses; Online exams have been carried out and we have even facilitated the work of several people when their connection at home failed or the neighbor's construction work did not allow them to telework.
We have different classrooms with varied layouts and furniture, including a 65m2 multipurpose room and a 160m2 terrace with views of Mount Abantos that turns breaks into a pleasure.
This project was born from the desire to offer an open space to whoever needs it on a specific or recurring basis, trying to adapt to each circumstance so that our clients, and yours, enjoy each activity and event. Always wanting to improve and grow.
